This year, as part of the voluntary reporting process, the administrative team and department directors will be presenting an update on conference ministry activities. You can review these reports, in part, through reading their entries in the latest GSC Today magazine, and watching the reports in their entirety on November 29 at 6:30 PM during the Town Hall Livestream.
On your phone, tablet, computer, or smart television, and anywhere an internet connection exists; you can tune in and participate in the conference-wide meeting. You will be able to find the live stream online on our Facebook page, YouTube channel and Town Hall webpage at www.gscsda.org/townhall. If you would like a notification or reminder for the event, you can sign-up to receive an email on the Town Hall webpage, or subscribe to our YouTube channel at www.gscsda.org/youtube. If you are unable to view the stream as it happens, a video archive will be available at the Town Hall webpage following the event.
Finally, a town hall meeting wouldn’t be complete without you, the constituent, having the ability to share your voice or ask a question. There are several ways you can do this, after reading the reports in the GSC Today magazine, you can text or leave a voicemail at 314-GSC-TALK (314-472-8255), send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or write a letter to Town Hall c/o Gulf States Conference, PO Box 240249, Montgomery, AL 36124. A live chat will also be available on Facebook and YouTube during the live stream; however, priority will be given to submissions that are made ahead of time.
If you have any questions about how to access or operate the live stream, feel free to contact me at email@example.com or by calling 334.272.7493 x135.
